Chocolate might as well be my middle name lol

And you better believe CHOCOLATE is a big part of my every day life….you just have to stay away from the sugary “candy bar” chocolate….dark chocolate and good quality chocolate is really a GOOD asset to your body and did you know that when you are craving chocolate most of the time it’s your body’s need for magnesium…your body will crave whatever will give it what it needs. I mean of course there are many other reasons you crave it too but it’s just a good piece of info to know about…

Anyways, back to the good stuff lol and no more random thoughts and rants from me 🙂

I started making this recipe back when I went through my FIRST parasite and candida cleanse and because I had to go without carbs or sugar…I improvised and made these babies and they have been a house favorite ever since then!

I’m going to give you a recipe to make ONE of them…bc i only make one or i will eat more of them and they are so quick and easy to make..if you want to make more…double or triple the recipe 🙂

What will you need?!

1 tsp cocoa chocolate powder OR Carob powder…whatever you choose. These do not have sugar in them 🙂

1 tbsp of coconut oil melted in a bowl

1 foiled muffin tin or a tiny bowl or something to be able to put into your freezer!

chopped Walnuts or almonds

peanut butter or almond butter

shredded coconut even if you like that!

liquid stevia- i like the vanilla flavor but plain is fine!

Directions: 1. Take the coconut oil and the cocoa powder and mix them together!

2. Add in a FEW drops of liquid stevia…sweeten to don’t need much!

3. Pour this into the muffin tin

4. Toss in some chopped walnuts or almond

5. Stick this is your FREEZER for a few minutes until it’s HARD and pretty frozen…only takes a few minutes!

6. Take it out and top with almond butter or peanut butter! Then top with shredded coconut and voila!!!

NOTE: this WILL MELT bc of the coconut oil so eat it pretty quickly lol…or keep it in the freezer for later!

So so good…yummy healthy fats…no excess sugars…sweet tooth satisfied…happy soul 🙂

Hope you enjoy them as much as I do!

Comment below and let me know what you think and if you are a chocolate addict like me 🙂
